The home was clean (I am big on clean bathrooms). Lots of space and backyard privacy. It won me over as soon as I walked inside. Girls weekend and everyone felt comfy and safe.

The place looked better then expected, but when we first arrived there was no running water and I had to reach out several times and several different ways to get a response, I did get a response about an hour later and that problem was solved. There was also some miscommunication, was told that we would not be able to park on the street and would have to park at the 24 hr Walmart “located across the street” and walk over but Walmart is 4 miles away and it’s not 24hr but yes you can park on the street, also was not informed of trash pickup being daily and outside of your doorstep so at the end of the stay we had piles of trash and there is no dumpster that Airbnb guest can use. And the code and QR code for the entry gate to the property did not work we had to call security to get it for the entire stay but other that it was a great stay!
