Located in Central Florida, Windsor Island Luxury offers a gated community with 24-hour security and top-of-the-line resort amenities. Other Important Information
- Pool Heating: Available for an additional fee of $40 per day, with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please request in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.
- BBQ Grill: Available for a one-time fee of $100, which includes cleaning after use. Request ahead of time for setup.
- 5 cars are allowed

- Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the home.

Windsor Island Resort is a gated vacation home community in Davenport, Florida. It’s located about 8–12 miles from Walt Disney World, meaning roughly a 10–25-minute drive, depending on traffic. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Epic Universe are within 25–30 minutes by car
The resort’s centerpiece is the “Aloha” clubhouse offering a zero-entry heated pool, lazy river, dual water slides, kids splash pad, hot tub, fitness center, arcade, miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, soccer court, fire pit, outdoor bar & dining, and a hammock garden
Shops and amenities aren’t far: Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Walmart and dining spots are all within 5–10 minutes .

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out must be done by 10 AM. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise arranged.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may only smoke in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.
No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our home. We want to keep the space allergen-free for all guests.
Guests: Only those listed in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. If you wish to invite additional people during your stay, please inform us in advance.
Respect for Property: Treat our home with respect. Any damage or issues should be reported immediately. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the property.

This was the worst experience that I've ever experienced renting an Airbnb. They forgot to put our names on the list upon entry entry was at 4 PM, but we didn't get entry until 630. They told us to reach out to them prior to our reservations to reserve a grill and a heated pool. We did that no one responded back to us until after we were in and even then we tried to pay for it and still didn't get it I believe they lied. I believe something is wrong with the pool heater and getting a grill that's why we never received it so as false advertisement, the host took extremely long getting back to us. It was ridiculous. The whole time that I was trying to enjoy vacation. I was calling reaching out to Airbnb trying to reach out to my house. This was embarrassing, and I would never read from them ever again.

Beautiful home. Great price. Loved the entire set up. This would be the ideal home for my family, friends & I.
Huge issue with check-in. Long line & previous guests were never taken off the lists. My name was never put on the list, which made the check in process more difficult. I had to call the BNB emergency number to reach the owner because he/she was hard to reach.
Was never told there was a maximum 5 car parking pass for the house. It was a huge inconvenience for my guests & I. For a house so big, there should not be a 5 car maximum pass.
Also, I was not advised that I had to let them know 2 days in advance to turn the heat on for the pool. And that there’s a 3 days minimum stay to turn the heat on. In the future that should be mentioned.
These are some minor issues & hopefully can be resolved moving forward.

Disappointment is an understatement!!! Pissed off is an understatement!!! Approximately 2 hours before check in, on the direct route to the house, we were notified our reservation was canceled by the host. How inconsiderate, rude, and disrespectful to 8 family members who flew in and the remaining 10 that drove from various places. With a terrible migraine, I had to scramble to find another location that was approximately $900 more, of course unplanned, and cost my immediate family’s trip to Disney. We also missed our prepaid dinner reservation assuming a 4p check in for a 7p dinner, which cost another nearly $1,000. Of course, we missed it having to wait for the cleaning crew of the new location. Matteus was very responsive at first, but eventually stopped when requesting early check in. Overall this was the worse experience EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT Book with this man at any cost! What was months of planning for a peace of mind was completely destroyed.
