We loved the apartment!
We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed and was great for accessing the Disney parks. Pool and other facilities on site were great. Plenty of parking right outside apartment block. We would definitely stay again.
The only thing I could say was the lighting in the bedrooms could be brighter but it wasn’t really an issue.

Our stay started with a 45-minute delay at the security gate, followed by a last-minute booking switch due to issues with the original property. The new location lacked a pool and a third bathroom that we needed with a party of 8, though we did receive a $73.88 refund.
Communication was difficult; calls weren’t answered, and messenger responses were slow. I didn’t get updates about shoes I left behind although we understand it’s not the owners responsibility for lost/stolen items.
Overall, while the property had some positives, the initial issues, discrepancies from the original listing, and communication difficulties significantly impacted our experience.

Communicatie met host, reageerde niet/laat en late check out belooft en uiteindelijk niet gekregen. Hierdoor alle boodschappen moeten weggooien en lastminute alles moet inpakken. Vervelende ervaring! Spullen in appartement verouderd (stoelen eetkamer wankel, kastjes beschadigd. Vaatwasser maakte onwijs veel herrie, geen koffie of thee aanwezig. Disneyland min half uur rijden ipv 10 minuten.

Appartement bien situé et fonctionnel
Appartement au 1er étage accessible par ascenseur et par escalier. Très bien situé : Walmart à moins de 5 minutes en voiture, Disneyworld à 15 minutes en voiture. Resort très sécurisé. L'appartement a un peu vieilli mais reste fonctionnel, il est bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas testé l'espace piscine/salle de sport mais cela a l'air agréable vu de l'extérieur.

Sauber, gemütlich, luxuriös, praktisch & ruhig
Es war als vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Alles war außergewöhnlich sauber. Die Lage ist super. Walmart und Aldi sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Man kann in dem Resort in den Pool und es gibt sogar ein Wasserpark. Ein Café im poolbereich, Fitnessstudio, Basketballplatz, Tennisplatz usw. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Haben es so sehr genossen als Familie. Wir haben jede Nacht durchgeschlafen.

The positioning of this condo avoided the sunrise, which was great for us sleep-in folks. The walk to the pool & clubhouse was not long, even for a 3 yr-old or a 70 yr-old!
The dishwasher was very noisy, a high-pitched squeal. However, it did effectively wash the dishes. FYI- Upon our arrival we found that window blinds were bent or broken & some cabinet/flooring finishes were damaged. We just kept the curtains covering the blinds. It didn't affect our stay.

Fun Place to Getaway with the Kids
Our family absolutely loved this place! We don't usually stay at resorts, so I was initially hesitant to book here, but we were meeting up with family and needed a large enough space for 4 adults + 4 small kids (2, 3, 4 and 6), and this place was perfect! The unit was clean and easily accessible with a door code that made for a smooth check-in process. The unit was spacious and the children loved their Minions decorated room with bunkbeds and a trundle. There were two bathrooms, which we appreciated with such a large group. We also appreciated the full kitchen, as we made most of our meals there. We would go out and explore during the day (i.e. Orlando Science Center, Crayola Experience, Kennedy Space Center, etc.), and enjoy the resort amenities in the evening. The kids were in the pool until it closed at 10pm every night! They also enjoyed the water park, arcade, and activities such as arts + crafts, movies and more! It was a fun time and place for the cousins.
The host reached out to me via Whatsapp almost immediately after I confirmed the booking, which gave me the impression that they would be communicative and responsive. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to follow-up a few times via Whatsapp, email and the Booking.com message center to get responses, and in some cases, I never heard back. For example, the property requires the name and license of every adult that drives onto the property. The host requested this information from me a few days before we arrived. I sent the information more than 24 hours in advance, but our guests were not on the list when arrived. The host eventually fixed this, but it was inconvenient to have to follow-up with them to get this addressed. Also, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 6 towels for a group of 8 people with a 5 night stay. I reached out to the host to request more, but never heard back from them, so had to buy our own, which was frustrating because you don't expect to have to buy towels and toilet paper while you're on vacation. We also would have appreciated basic seasonings in the kitchen (i.e. salt & pepper) to prepare meals, which is pretty standard for vacation rentals in our experience. Lastly, the unit is decorated very nicely, but we had to move every piece of decor and put them up high to ensure the safety of our children. I was surprised to see so many glass and metal objects in a place that is marketed as kid-friendly. Appreciated the aesthetic, but not the danger to the kids (or the danger the kids posed to the decor).

Great location and facilities, but the furniture was uncomfortable.
Was located very conveniently to Disney as well as many restaurants. The pool, slides, and cafe were great to use after a long day for the adults and kids!
Furniture and beds were very uncomfortable. The beds in the adults rooms felt like a yoga mat on plywood. Was a chemical odor when you first walked in, probably due to paint materials stored in the closet under the ac unit. Had to kill and clean up sugar ants crawling on the stove and counter on a daily basis.

We would rent the location again whenever we are spending time in this part of Florida.
The location of the condo is excellent, being very quite and close to Disney Theme Parks and restaurants. The pool onsite pool and water slide was loved by our grandson.
The tv service was somewhat lacking, but we spent most of our time at Disney, or the pool so tv service was not that important.

The property was exactly as described . Location was excellent and there are several pools and water slide onsite together with a shop and restaurant. There was also a kids club which the kids loved. Communication was excellent and very responsive to any requests. Make sure all communication is through booking.com as I mistakenly send a request to the Whats app number that was in a message they sent via What’s App

Good value and location
It was close to Disney and the parks I wanted to visit. The pool is very nice and the water is warm. Lots to do for a resort. I would definitely stay again
Our washer and dishwasher were very noisy. The vacuum hardly worked. The trash wasn’t picked up everyday like it was supposed to be. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was hardly attached and no one responded after the 2 messages and front desk visit.
