Stay in our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, designed to offer privacy, comfort, and style. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the private pool in a fenced garden creates the perfect setting to relax under the Florida sun.
Located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, our villa serves as the ideal base for your adventures, with Walt Disney World just minutes away. You’ll also find a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby, making your stay even more convenient.
The villa features a spacious living area with a vaulted ceiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A large television supports streaming services, ensuring entertainment for all ages. The dining area, seating six, alongside a cozy nook table, provides the perfect setting for meals, whether a family dinner or a quiet meal for two. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and all the essentials needed for your stay.
- Master Bedroom: King-size bed, smart TV, and a pool view. Private bathroom with a shower and glass enclosure.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with a smart TV.
- Third Bedroom: Two queen-size beds and a smart TV, perfect for children or additional guests.
Second Bathroom: Equipped with a tub/shower combo, conveniently located between the bedrooms.
Outdoor Area: Private pool with lounge chairs and a dining area. Pool and bath towels are provided for your convenience.
Entertainment: Free live TV channels and streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.) with your subscriptions.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and a full set of cutlery and glasses.
Laundry: Washing machine and tumble dryer available for guest use.
For the Little Ones: Pack & play and high chair provided for infants.
- Pool heater: $40 per day. Minimum of 3 consecutive running days. Must be requested 48 hours in advance. Pool and tub are connected and share the same temperature.
- BBQ rental: $85 per week with one full propane tank. Must be requested 24 hours in advance
In accordance with Florida State law, smoking is not permitted in the living and sleeping areas of the villa.
WELCOME PACK: To make your arrival easier, we provide a starter welcome pack including: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 soaps per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom ,1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher detergent packet, 1 trash bag per bin, 1 laundry detergent box (enough for one load)
Guests have private access to the entire villa, pool, garage, and lanai. Pool heating and BBQ are available on request (additional charges apply).

Private and calm neighborhood. Clean house. Easy to find. Close to Walmart and other stores where you can find most of what you are looking for. We enjoyed the swimming pool as the weather was nice. I’d love to stay here again.

First time Airbnb users and Mateus did not fail. We had a great home with resort accommodations included. We saved some money using the resort amenities. Our home pool was great and having a full kitchen was a plus. We can never stay at a Hotel again!! Thank you and your team. This was an awesome experience .

Mateus was responsive and detailed with instructions. The location was perfect for what we needed the home for which was the parks. The home itself was a basic Florida home but could definitely use some updates. For my family it worked since we basically just got ourselves cleaned up and slept there.
For our 4 month old there was a Pack n Play available but unfortunately it was covered in stains so I never used it.
Besides that, it all went well.

Really nice place. Convenient to Disney, Gaylord Palms Ice and a short drive to Universal/Epic Adventures, Very clean with a nice open feel. Enjoyed the living room with vaulted ceiling and large couch for the family. Had a garage to park your vehicles. Has a nice pool
with a jacuzzi but we were unable to use due to it not being heated.

We stayed at this Orlando home for the Thanksgiving holiday, and it was a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as described and overall extremely clean. The only minor thing I noticed was that the windows could have been a bit cleaner, but it didn’t take away from how comfortable and welcoming the home felt.
The host was amazing—extremely responsive and accommodating, especially with my last-minute booking after another host canceled. That level of service made a huge difference. If I return to Orlando, I would definitely choose to stay at this home again. Highly recommend!

I paid for a heated pool. Which only heats during specific hours (daytime). I wanted to relax in the hot
Tub and pool after a day in the parks but it wasn’t hot like a hot tub should be. The timer to the pool was broken. When I asked about it he said he would
Check with maintenance. I didn’t get a response about it until I messaged again. He said he would let me know when the part arrives. I was leaving in a few days. Never followed up! It was a waste of money to spend on heating the pool/hot tub for something not working properly. Also, as a pool owner, I inspect my pool to make sure it is clean and if you are renting a unit please check before someone arrives. There were dead frogs at the bottom that my child picked up from the bottom of the pool. Other than that, there were no other issues.

A decent, inexpensive place to stay but plan on paying for toiletries.
The location was great! It's within 1 mile from lots of shopping areas for food and other things you'll need. It's also about 15 minutes to Disney World and 25 to Universal. The house is really spacious and accommodated our party of 6 just fine. It also has a baby crib and high chair, which we didn't need but good to know it's provided for families with small children. The A/C worked well. Beds and pillows were comfy. TVs in every room with streaming options was nice. They provide enough towels you just have to wash them if you need to re-use.
Most of the outlets didn't work. Looks like they came through with fresh white paint and painted over everything. The main ceiling fan wobbles. The pool isn't heated, I guess they only do that starting October. The hot tub also wasn't heated and jets didn't work. For a group of 6 staying 5 days they only provided 2 laundry detergent, 2 dishwashing detergent, and 2 rolls of paper towels. When I asked for more they said they only provide that. We had to buy extra and I doubt they leave it for the next guests. The knives aren't sharp at all so cutting was a chore. It also looks to be a vacation hosting site based in Brazil so took awhile to get responses. They also sent multiple reminders that check-out was at 10am. However, when we arrived it was still being cleaned because they didn't tell the cleaning crew so we didn't get in until about 415.
