Welcome to our beautiful single-story villa in the sought-after Indian Wells community, Kissimmee!
With 1,500 sqft of air-conditioned living space, this home accommodates up to 8 guests, offering both comfort and style. Whether you're here to visit the nearby theme parks or simply relax, our villa is designed to meet your every need.
Living & Dining: A spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, a large TV with streaming options, and plenty of natural light. The dining area seats six, perfect for family meals, with a cozy breakfast nook for casual dining.
Bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom: King bed, smart TV, pool view, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. -Second Bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV. -Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, smart TV—ideal for kids or extra guests.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, including a second bath with a tub/shower combo.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the essentials for your stay.
Private Pool: Enjoy the Florida sunshine by your own screened, private pool in a fully fenced backyard—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure!
Pool Heating Available for a fee (Pool Homes with a Pool Heater available). It is $40/day for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes some time to warm up and that is turned ON, the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee any minimum temperature as it depends on the outside weather factors which we have no control of.
Grill: $100 per stay
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the private pool and all amenities such as free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities (washer & dryer), and a fully equipped kitchen. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Parking is available on the premises. Outras observações Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, in accordance with Florida state law. Pool heating is available upon request (additional fee may apply). A Pack & Play and high chair are provided for families traveling with infants.

What a beautiful home. My family and I really enjoyed our time here. It honestly felt like a home away from home. My kids spent so much time in the pool and chasing the little lizards. In the morning it was so quit and peaceful. The neighbors were super friendly. Really close to everything which made getting around and back home simple. Highly recommend this listing

Matteus was extremely unresponsive as a host. He initially communicated with us on Sunday just three days before our international arrival but after that, we received no further information. When we arrived, no access code had been provided, leaving us unable to check in. After we contacted Airbnb for assistance, Matteus only then reached out, ultimately canceling the reservation on the day of our arrival.
This situation was incredibly stressful and disappointing, especially after traveling from another country. His only response to the issue was a brief apology for the late notice, with no meaningful attempt to resolve the problem or accommodate us.
From a professional standpoint, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking with this host
Extremely disrespectful, please re-consider your career.

The house was clean but could use updates. While we were out one day someone came in and took the trash out with no notification. Also one of the days he had someone come do maintenance and we were on our way out. First air bnb where there was no extras half roll of paper towels, two dishwasher pods no cleaning supplies to tidy up. Not allowed to leave anything that is open ie spices. It felt very wasteful. There was a beautiful patio with a pool, the table was rusted out and not useable. Would have loved to have dinner out there.

A lovely stay in Kissimmee. The best thing about this place is the location if you have a car. 15 minutes drive to Disney, 20 or so to the Universal ones. Only minutes to a Walmart and walkable to an ice cream hut (twistee treats) 5 Guys etc. Pool’s nice and enclosed and private. We chose not to heat it so it was quite chilly in February but we went in a couple of times on the hot days. Has a master bedroom with en-suite and then two smaller rooms and a main bathroom. Just showers though, no bath. Well equipped kitchen. Would recommend if you need a central location for the parks, or want to come back during the day and go out again in the evening.

Great place to stay for vacation. Amazing stores and restaurants that are walking distance if you don’t want to order or drive out somewhere. Peaceful neighborhood and not too far from attractions. Clean spot throughout and cozy vibe. Pool was great too!

Would stay again. We loved the location and easy check In and check out. Quite neighborhood. Our only complaint is the floors was dirty and some hair left behind in the bed making us wonder if they were cleaned.
