Great home!!!! Kids absolutely loved it! Location was great to access all parks and not have to stay in a hotel!!! Pool was great too! Rooms were so well thought out and not a detail was missed! Games were amazing and our daughter has the high score on basketball! So we have to return to make sure she keeps it:) Kids didn't want to leave... neither did the adults lol:) Host was great as well! Next trip back we will definitely book again!

This house was amazing! We booked for a weekend and we were really sad to leave. It was full of games and stuff to do for the kiddos! I was hard to get them out of the house and to the theme park! Great spot for multiple families.

The home and interior decorating deserve a 5-star recommendation. Our grandkids loved picking their rooms by theme. The location to the major theme parks was ideal, and there was plenty of space both indoors and out. Having a washer and dryer on each floor was especially convenient, along with the two refrigerators and dishwashers.
The overall 4-star rating reflects the lack of basic supplies. For a property positioned as a high-end, luxury experience, essentials like toilet paper and paper towels were limited and low quality. There were no basic spices (not even salt and pepper), no coffee filters, and only a very small bar of soap in each bathroom. In our experience traveling and staying in Airbnbs around the world, this was unusual. These limitations were not communicated until the day of travel, which required an unexpected grocery stop upon arrival.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely consider returning, if these small but important details are addressed.

The photos reflected the home, and the host was responsive. The rooms are creative and fun, especially for a Disney-area trip. However, there were major downsides.
The host offered early check-in, but after I accepted, I was told it would cost over $200 for just 3 hours earlier check-In—despite not requesting it myself, it was offered. I declined.
The reason people get an Airbnb instead of a hotel is because there is usually more included as far as amenities. My biggest issue was the lack of basic supplies. The home sleeps up to 18; we had 13 guests. Yet we were given only a “starter kit”: 2 paper towel rolls, 2 toilet paper rolls, no dish towels, a tiny dish soap, 1 laundry pod, and barely enough bath/hand towels. We had to buy all the essentials ourselves.
The kitchen was nearly empty—no spices, minimal cookware —making it impractical to cook. For nearly $2,000 (Mon–Thurs), this stay felt overpriced and poorly stocked. A hotel would’ve been a better value.

This rental was perfect for two families which consisted of 4 adults and 4 kids. This house has two fridges and two dish washers which makes it convenient for two families. The pool was great to have during our down time. We also enjoyed the short 3 minute walk to the resort pool and fitness center. Having sidewalks in the neighborhood made it safe for the kids to scooter while the moms ran. We rented this house to visit both Disney world and Universal. Our only issue was the house did not provide more than one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We recommend better quality pillows and cooking pans. The beds were all very comfortable and everyone slept great!Other than that- we had a blast and will definitely rent again!

Amazing place. We’ve stayed in 5-10 big themed Airbnb’s like this since 2020 and this one was our favorite. As cool as it looks in the pictures it is even better in person. The detail in the decorations and wall paintings etc the pictures don’t do justice. The location though is the biggest standout and why we initially picked it. 95% of these units are well southwest from here in kissammee and four corners area. We went to seaworld and were home in 5 minutes rather than over an hour in i4 traffic which was just the best. Also the description said the hot tub didn’t heat but it did. Pool was kept warm. Everything worked great it was an awesome stay.

Would highly recommend for anyone planning a vacation . The house is very spacious with plenty of room for families. Each themed room is amazing and exciting. Also, the fact that it’s a gated community made me feel safe. I would recommend also getting the pool and hot tub heated for use, that was a bonus. Overall, this house is a 10/10.
