Important Info: The resort allows up to three cars per property. Guests have full access to the entire home, private pool and all Windsor Hills Resort amenities including pools, water slide, clubhouse, fitness center and sports courts.

We had such a fantastic time on this trip. We visited Disney, Universal Epic Universe and Discovery Cove, all of these places were 20-25 minutes from this location making it so convenient. I also am somewhat handicapped and there were no steps or stairs that I had to worry about. Being a ranch style home meant that we all were all together which made it a lot more fun for me. I loved the decor and layout of the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and the open layout of the home made cooking and eating together fun. My two granddaughters loved the Jurassic Park room and Minion room. They took turns sleeping between them. The enclosed pool was beautiful. I paid extra to have it heated and it was like bath water. I had a few questions and the host was immediately responsive. There are so many more wonderful things I could say. If I owned a vacation home, I would want one to be exactly like this one. Thank you! This place made our trip super special!!

Unfortunately, I cannot rate this stay more than 2 stars and would not stay at a home managed by this host. The house was clean and the location was convenient, however I paid $40/day for pool/hottub heat in anticipation of using these amenities after a long day at the park. Upon our arrival we noticed that the pool still had a dirty hose in it and the hot tub jets would not work. I immediately reached out to the host who quickly responded they would check with maintenance but then he never reached back out or replied to my follow up. We had additional concerns but they weren’t addressed because the host would not respond to our original concern. A major one was that the two of us couldn’t not both shower in the morning the water would not stay warm. After our stay, I reached out for a refund if pool/hottub heat and he never responded until Airbnb reached out on my behalf. He tried to tell them I didn’t pay to use the hot tub, just pool heat.
