The house is just as described and worked well for a short visit for two adults and two teens. Plenty of space. Communication was very good. No surprises - staying here was just as expected. Close to grocery store and restaurants, but neighborhood is tucked away and quiet.

House was decent, but needs a few corrections.
Home had a nice atmosphere and was well done in the inside. The beds, pillows, and linens were clean. Nice amount of space in the home. Lots of closet space.
A few ants in the kitchen, the tile grout in the shower is mildewed and mostly black. The chair in the living room appeared dirty. There is no left turnout of the neighborhood which adds tome and miles if you are going towards Disney. The garage door opener is falling apart and needs to be replaced instead of being half wrapped with tape. Needs a table in the master closet to lay a suitcase or other things.
