We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. Our home will be sparkling clean for you!

-> Found in Kissimmee, Florida this eight-guest rental is only fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World and just twenty-five minutes away from Universal Studios.

-> Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

-> Our guests will have use of Compass Bay Resorts marvelous resort style pool and there is a great playground area for the kids. There is also numerous golf courses, lakes, shopping, and restaurants in this area for you and your fellow guests to enjoy!

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

HOUSEKEEPING:

All of our Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:

Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:

Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:

• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.

• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.

• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.

• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)

• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.

• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)

• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty

• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.

To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
