Excesive price paid VS the quality provided.
Polite people, quite area.
old mantainance, quality of the house is not aligned VS the price. Need update in some materials. bed broker, bathrooms broked, old showers, dirty floor on the swimming pool area, etc...

I stayed at this Airbnb for 4 nights, and for 6 guest, this Airbnb lack basic necessities. There was barely toilet paper, the mini shampoo samples they provided with the Airbnb was expired since 2024, we were told to recycle yet was only provided one garbage bag.
We asked to turn the pool heaters on since the pool was extremely cold, we got a response saying he would do it, however when I asked if they got turned on since we were going to use the pool that day, no response EVER. We left a message saying we checked out early, also NEVER got a reply. This host is not responsive. Pretty sure they set the pool to a cold setting, so that people can pay extra just to use it. For the amount of money that it was this was the least provided Airbnb I’ve been to. Not to mention they didn’t even provide a single seasoning at all? Not even salt. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially since Florida has PLENTY of Airbnbs for better prices and better housing. Go spend your money elsewh

Nice place but I'd advise not offering heated pool option as it got to about only 80 degrees and not warm enough in cooler weather to use. Also charged $160 extra. The non master bath tub doesn't allow for bath as valve broken and toiletries weren't enough for a 3-4 day stay for 3 bedrooms. I'd stay again if things get fixed.

The property offers an excellent location in a quiet setting with convenient access to shopping, dining, Disney, and Universal. On-site amenities, including a pool and arcade games, are definite positives. However, our overall stay was severely impacted by host communication and comfort issues. We were provided with an incorrect property address, creating a security risk and causing third-party deliveries to be misdirected. This was compounded by a complete failure to respond from the host; an early check-in, and the misdelivered items received no reply or resolution until after our official check-out time. The fixed thermostat could not be lowered, resulting in an uncomfortably warm indoor environment. While the location and amenities are great, the fundamental lack of host support and climate control failures significantly detracted from our experience.

I enjoyed my stay here! I booked this Airbnb for Halloween Horror Nights and to get away for a few days and absolutely loved it! I loved how close it was to Universal Studios and was in the center of amazing shops and restaurants as well as Universal and Disney. It was cozy and I felt right at home! I would love to come back and stay here in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at 3121 Arrow Drive in Kissimmee. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to everything we needed. The pool was definitely a highlight and made our trip very relaxing.
That said, a couple of small things to note: the primary bathroom shower had low water pressure, and the pool table pictured in the listing is much smaller than expected—it’s more of a mini pool table.
Aside from those details, everything else was great, and we would stay here again for the location and amenities.

We got back to find nothing had been fixed and on following up with the property via whatsapp, never received any further response.
In addition, the instruction manual for the villa indicated a pool cleaner would be attending during our stay but this evidently did not happy and the pool was constantly filled with dead bugs which meant we were unable to use.
We also found on arrival at the property, a number of the towels provided by the property were stained
