Overall, this property has a great layout and offers a good amount of space, which worked well for our group. The setup of the home is definitely a strong point and makes it easy to relax and spread out.
That said, there was a noticeable mix in quality throughout the house. Some items and areas appeared updated and well done, while others felt quite worn or in need of attention (such as rusting faucets and showerheads). It created a bit of an inconsistent experience overall.
We also found the host to be less accommodating than expected. Communication was fine, but there wasn’t much effort to go above and beyond to enhance the stay.
One of the bigger disappointments was the heated pool. We paid for pool heating for the entire trip, but it didn’t actually warm up until about halfway through, which was frustrating given the added cost.
Additionally, the home is stocked with only minimal supplies—enough for about 1–2 nights—so if you’re staying longer, plan to bring or purchase extra e

This host accommodated our last minute stay perfectly. We had great communication back and forth throughout our stay. Everything in the house was in great condition. We would absolutely stay again. It’s a perfect house for families and kids. The water park and resort area was a great free extra to check out. Playgrounds within walking distance. Thanks again !

Villa great, communication not great
The villa was lovely and would have definitely stayed there again, it was close enough to everything, games room in villa was good too, pool was a good size and villa was a good size
The communication with the owner/agent wasn't good, sent messages through booking.com and on private message to the number I got given and was lucky if I had a reply in 5 days, a piece of the netting had come away from the roof over the pool and the side of the pool I asked for this to get fixed to stop anything coming in but it took them a few days to reply and someone did come out and cut it off and just left the big hole (it wasn't fixed why we was there) the pool wasn't cleaned once in the 17 days we was there, I found cockroaches and sent pictures and asked could they get someone to come spray and that never happened either, there was a hole in the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom which let water in I messaged them about this and never got a reply, communication was bad I did say this to them they appoligised but it carried on.
